Polonium Arts specializes in developing complex, high-load client-server applications for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone, as well as occasionally engaging in web development.We implement advanced payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and provide comprehensive solutions for secure payment processing.Currently, we are focusing on four areas: processing, alternative payment methods, banking services, and crypto-processing.For our P2P platform, we are looking for a Head of Sales. We handle over 1,000,000 transactions per month for our clients worldwide.The company's goal is to ensure payment acceptance from Japan to Chile in less than 1 minute. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team, setting clear goals and providing support to achieve them. Develop and execute sales strategies to target high-risk industries (payments, gambling, P2P, iGaming). Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and potential customers. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and revenue streams. Provide market insights and competitive analysis to refine sales tactics. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Drive company growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships. Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership within the high-risk payments, gambling, iGaming, or P2P sectors. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment in these industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
