We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with the expertise to attract investors and promote large-scale property projects in the UAE. Preference will be given to candidates originally from Russia who have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Investor Acquisition: Proactively identify, directly or trough third parties engage, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors interested in the UAE real estate. Tailored Investment Proposals: Develop customized investment proposals and strategies that align with investor goals, highlighting the unique benefits of the UAE real estate opportunities. Assisted by our internal Team. Market Insights: Provide the CEO and the investors with detailed insights into UAE property trends, including market performance, ROI potential, and emerging opportunities. Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate the design and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to showcase luxury real estate projects and attract investment interest. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with investors, ensuring consistent communication, trust, and satisfaction. Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with property developers to package and present projects in a way that appeals to investor priorities. Negotiation & Deal Closure: together with the Company CEO, lead negotiations with potential investors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize project success. Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, investor meetups, and exclusive gatherings to network and generate leads. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CFA, MRICS) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment advisory, real estate consulting, or a similar role with a focus on investor relations. Previous experience working in a Big Four consulting firm is highly desirable. Deep understanding of the UAE and Arabic countries real estate market and investment landscape. Strong network of investors, particularly within the Russian-speaking and UAE communities. Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written). Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset. Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis tools.
