Special Requirements: Located in our IST office (working place) this position includes 40% of domestic travels. It needs local passport and the allowance to travel. Readiness and ability to work digitally. ✓ Experience of building and managing a high-performing local team. ✓ Deep knowledge of financial planning and budgeting. ✓ Experience of property management ✓ Ability to work hard and under pressure in a tough competitive environment ✓ Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication ✓ Strong sense of initiative with an established management record ✓ Experience in management of start-ups Job Summary In this role you’ll be responsible for our local market launch in Turkey, developing and managing 3 main business lines of ONE! Int’l Group: franchise scaling, launch of ONE! school (property development), study abroad programs and exchange programs for students. Business development: school product launch, sales & marketing, property finding and growing. As a result, we are looking for increasing in sales revenue and market share, expanding the customer base, forging partnerships and exploring new business channels on the local market: identify and pursue growth opportunities in the local market. Market analysis: Leading the market research, data collection and analysis, deepen understanding of the local market dynamics, competition, customer preferences and trends for the objective to gather valuable insights to make informed business decisions. Strategic planning Developing, localising and executing strategic plans for achieving long-term objectives. You’ll be responsible for aligning local strategies with the overall goals of the business. Your task is to create local roadmaps that will guide our company’s activities and ensures its competitive advantage. Tracking progress against key milestones, financial targets, customer finding, and retention rates will become one of your managements kpi. Team management: As a Country Manager you’ll be responsible for building and managing a high – performing local team. To facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. This involves you in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. The objective is to create a cohesive and motivated workforce that can drive business success. Measuring team management will be implemented by tracking employee satisfaction, retention rates and team productivity. Relationship management Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders: clients, franchisee, Group Board, local partners, government, suppliers. The objective is to foster strong partnerships that support business objectives. Your kpi for this will be measured through customer satisfaction surveys, feedback from partners, or successful negotiation of contracts. Financial management In this role you’ll be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and cost control. The objective is to ensure profitability and financial stability: revenue growth, profit margins, or return on investment. Compliance and legal matters Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies is a critical responsibility on this position. The objective is to mitigate legal risks and maintain a good reputation. Reporting and performance The Country Manager is responsible for providing regular reports on key performance indicators and overall business performance to the corporate headquarters. To follow accuracy and timeliness of reports, alignment with strategic goals, or the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
