One of the world's largest international satellite operators is looking for an HR coordinator / Admin / Office manager. The company provides coverage of the entire European continent, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and America. Russia has a friendly, very stable and flexible team of 20 people. There will also be interaction with the HR team of HQ in Europe. Key Responsibilities: Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks. Overseeing general office operation, greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls. Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. Processing internal arrangements such as training sessions and team-building events. Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, etc.) with the assistance of outsourced agency. Communicating with recruiters and other external parties. Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner. Supervise new employee onboarding, prepare offer documentation, and conduct orientation sessions. Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: A bachelor degree or equivalent. HR / admin experience. Basic knowledge of the recruitment process. Understanding of state and federal labor laws is a plus. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Additional conditions: + 10% annual bonus.
