Company Description Kedoo Entertainment is a video & media-tech company based in Dubai. We produce, distribute, and broadcast professional content to digital platforms. Our focus is on bringing top-class video content, including "Animations," "News," and "TV series," from brands and broadcasters to the global video digital markets. We offer a full-service boutique and expertise for expanding brands through digital video. Responsibilities: Managing content efficiently and effectively on VOD platforms; Monitoring and reporting on content performance while offering suggestions for continuous improvement; Analysing data: daily data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of content management and marketing campaign activations. Exploring and developing new ways to increase viewers' engagement and revenues; Content sharing across social media to ensure maximum exposure; Composition of videos and playlist descriptions in an effective manner, providing SEO; Video production and publishing following a set schedule; Monetisation management operations in line with the company policy; Content cross-promotions in line with the company strategy; Tasks setting to designer (thumbnails, channels design); Monitors experiments, iterates and adjusts as necessary. Weekly reporting on results of implemented optimization. Communication with partners related to managed service/platform. Interaction with IT team aiming back and front-end optimisation Qualifications: Strong Analytical skills with the ability to manage data and more importantly use data to inform decision-making Responsible for your work and have a full sense of ownership of allocated tasks Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise/handle time efficiently Incredible attention to detail and follow through Experience supporting YouTube channels/ websites/VOD platforms Ability to effectively work and communicate with others English: advanced/native.
