Обязанности: Be responsible for the installation and service of corrugator machines and possibly transportation systems, activities may include working with factory layout, machine installation and testing, production supervision, commissioning etc. Work together with other members of installation team. Be the first contact for the customers, give instant technical support related to the machine operation, maintenance or troubleshooting, and visit the customer and solve the problem onsite if necessary. Provide the training to the operator or maintenance technician at customer's side. Report quality issues in a timely manner, drive for product continuous improvement. Требования: Diploma in Electrical /Controls Engineering or equivalent. Bsc in electronics is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in installation, commissioning and customer support services of industrial /process equipment with strong knowledge of PLC. Being familiar with Allen-Bradley and Lenze is a plus Independent and able to work under pressure, tight schedule, and odd hours. Motivated and proactive with a strong customer and team focus. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Willing to travel on short notice. Language: Russian - C2 (Mastery Proficiency/Native), English C1 (Advanced Proficiency).
