Boost.Express is a Collaborative Advertising platform for the business events industry. We are a small distributed team with global ambitions — to launch a new product category in EventTech. We are currently working to onboard our first customers in North America and Europe. We need to grow fast, which is why we've opened the Sales Development Representative (SDR) position you're looking at now. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, researching potential clients, and initiating conversations that result in scheduled calls or demos with prospective customers. This is a crucial role in expanding our reach in the business events industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. Prospect Research: Investigate and analyze key target markets, industries, and potential clients to identify opportunities for Boost.Express. Outbound Communication: Initiate and manage initial contact with prospects to generate interest in Boost.Express’s solutions. Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to hand off to the Account Executive team for further development. Appointment Setting: Set up meetings, calls, or demos between potential clients and our Account Executives. CRM Management: Accurately document all communications and prospect information in the CRM system (e.g.ж HubSpot). Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and ensure alignment on target audiences. You Are a Good Fit If You: Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Are highly skilled in researching and identifying prospects across various industries. Are comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, social media) and initiating meaningful conversations. Have strong verbal and written communication skills and can convey value clearly and effectively. Are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple prospects and tasks efficiently. Are self-motivated, resilient, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Have experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms. Are fluent in English (knowledge of additional European languages is a plus). Why Join Us?
