What You’ll Do: Collaborate with clients (dentists, hygienists, and IT professionals) to install and demonstrate our AI platform. Implement customer success strategies, focusing on relationship-building and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins with team members and follow up with clients to ensure seamless platform operation. Identify, document, and report bugs or issues to the development team. Manage incoming support inquiries, diagnose problems, and deliver effective solutions. What You Bring: Fluent English and excellent communication skills. 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support. Strong understanding of information systems, client-server architecture, and network protocols. Proficiency in computer troubleshooting. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
