Location: MoscowRequirements:• Finance/economic degree from a reputable state university• 3-4+ years post qualified experience (full time) in an investment bank/investment fund/Big4 company• Work experience with assets in industry and transport• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)• Strong communication skills• Ability to deal with multiple tasks• Fluent EnglishPrincipal duties include:• Working with the portfolio companies• Development, support and updating the financial models of assets• Structuring of financial data and their further analysis• Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, teasers, investment memoranda, business plans• Participation in structuring and closing of M&A transactions Compensation: • Fully competitive compensationПохожие вакансии
