Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Bemo Project bemo is at the forefront of DeFi development on the TON blockchain. We began with a liquid staking app and are expanding our product range. We aim to bring efficiency, utility, and innovation to TON investors, especially those in the institutional sphere. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and driving the growth of our organization. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market and ensuring the long-term success of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the crypto space. Engagement: Reach out to prospects via Telegram, Twitter, email, LinkedIn to initiate conversations and uncover business opportunities. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the blockchain and crypto industry to identify potential targets and understand market needs. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing. Qualifying Opportunities: Conduct discovery with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers for Bemo. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, share feedback on market conditions, and improve messaging. CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and transparency. Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on customer pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve Bemo’s offerings and go-to-market strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the blockchain or financial technology sectors. Strong understanding of DeFi principles and the TON blockchain ecosystem. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
