Title: Talent Acquisition Manager (in-house) Location: Moscow, Russia Reporting Relationships: Reports to HR BP Objective: Maximizing Ward Howell capacity for Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention Key Responsibilities: Participating in internal hiring, including: Recruitment and selection of professionals (Consultants & Associates) and administrative staff Talent Equity School project (Graduate recruitment program) Contribution to activities aimed at improving Ward Howell’s recruitment and selection process, including Employer Brand Program. Managing the Onboarding program and professional trainings for admin staff. Participating in other change and development projects, including Execution of Training & Development Plan Execution of other activities aimed at professional development, career planning and motivation. Candidate Profile: Higher education; Aspiration to acquire knowledge in the sphere of talent development and career management; Analytical thinking and logic; Initiative and drive, ability to generate creative solutions and adapt to rapidly changing environment; Strive for continuous development and personal success; Fluent English.
