Lead of Corporate Legal (РЕЛОКАЦИЯ) International IT company that deals with cybersecurity in search of Lead of Corporate Legal. The company is present in regions such as Europe, Latin America, North America, East Asia, Central Asia, and UAEKey Responsibilities:-Maintaining the current fleet of legal entities-Opening new legal entities in different regions around the world-Participation in M&A transactions-Developing LTI programs and landing it in different regions Experience Requirements:-Experience in international companies with offices in other countries-Participation in opening of new legal entities-Liquidation, takeover transactions-Experience with long-term incentive programs as a plus-English language proficiency C1-C2 Conditions:-Offices are located in Dubai and Tashkent (relocation to Dubai is preferred)-Competitive salary-Annual bonus-Insurance and extra benefits-Accommodation + Relocation PackageПохожие вакансии
