Tasks that await you: RecruitmentYou will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment: from collecting requirements and developing search strategies to forming and presenting an offer. You will conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to identify those who fully meet the position requirements. Collaboration with hiring managersYou will build partnerships with hiring managers (HM) and manage their expectations. You will also analyze hiring indicators, discuss them with HM, and change processes if necessary. Project management and strategy developmentYou will analyze the labor market and develop effective strategies to attract talent. In addition, you will participate in HR projects and recruitment events.
