Our development team consists of over 500 developers, and we continue to expand. Requirements: Preparing Technical Specifications Assist in drafting and formalizing technical specifications for development, in collaboration with technical experts. Gathering, Documenting, and Prioritizing Requirements Create user stories, BRD, SRS, and prioritize business requirements to ensure alignment across all teams. Documentation Analysis Conduct detailed analysis and document program logic for mobile and web applications, including developing recommendations for improvement. Working with External Counterparties Interact with external partners and counterparties to ensure the seamless implementation of products. Support Development and QA Teams Provide support during functionality implementation, helping to resolve issues and challenges as they arise. Candidate Requirements: Expert Knowledge in DeFi Deep understanding of decentralized finance and cryptocurrency markets. 2-3 Years of Experience in Business Analysis Experience in business analysis with a deep understanding of processes and documentation. Requirements Gathering and Analysis SkillsAbility to effectively gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Experience with Mobile and Web Applications Developing requirements for mobile and web applications and understanding their specifics. Creating Project Artifacts User stories, use cases, BRD, SRS, and other project documents. Knowledge of Modeling Tools Proficiency with tools and notations such as UML, BPMN, ERD for visualizing and documenting requirements. Technical Specification Preparation Skills Ability to create TS in collaboration with developers and other technical specialists.
