We are the startup with a small and very dedicated teamWe are looking for entry-level Business Development Manager who has a strong background with Web3 and B2B sales. Result-oriented, proactiveness, high concentration skill and desire to become a team lead is required. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience as a BD/B2B Sales Manager good Web3 and blockchain fundamentals (1+ year of relevant exp.) English language proficiency (C1+) inclined with multiple development tech stacks Key Responsibilities: perform in-depth research to identify potential clients engage with potential clients (cold/warm outreach) booking and conducting meetings with potential clients maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the pipeline with new opportunities collect and present business data for analysis manage chat inquiries on social media platforms (LinkedIn etc.) perform administrative support such as updating the ATS/CRM etc. What We Offer: basic salary of $300/month + commission remote, full-time tons of training and learning opportunities, both externally and internally a person-centric work style that values employee opinions = startup vibe promotion opportunities to team lead role and above based on strong performance We are looking to close this position before JanuarySend us a message and let's have a chat!
