We are seeking an experienced and proactive Frontend Team Lead to join and lead our dynamic team in a new internal project. The role is divided to 50% of team leadership and 50% of being hands-on, implementing new features and enhancements for UI projects. We're looking for: 4-5 years of experience as a frontend developer At least 1 year of supervising/leading a team Excellent knowledge of Angular and React, NGRX, automated tests Fluent English (C1) Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the team in implementing new features and enhancements for existing UI projects with minimal supervision. Develop and oversee proof-of-concept (POC) solutions for diverse frontend requirements. Maintain, optimize, and refactor the existing codebase to ensure scalability and performance. Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices within the team. Code Quality and Testing: Ensure all frontend modules are well-documented and maintain a robust suite of unit tests. Actively contribute to the testing and quality assurance procedures when necessary. Review team members’ code to ensure consistency, functionality, and adherence to best practices.
