The company is undergoing rapid organizational and geographical expansion, requiring agile decision-making while building internal systems and processes. Role Overview: We are looking for an organized, proactive CEO Business Assistant/Business Analyst to support the CEO of this dynamic shipping firm. This role combines operational, administrative, and strategic support to ensure efficient execution of key projects and business activities. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this position is a fulltime role at Dubai office. Your Key Responsibilities: Act as the key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Monitor and manage critical shipping and logistics projects, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for the CEO's meetings and strategic decisions. Oversee key deliverables, deadlines, and budgets for high-priority initiatives. Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conference schedules. Develop and streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, agreements, and project notes. Generate analytical and strategic materials to assist the CEO in decision-making. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Previous experience in consulting (finance/audit) is an advantage. Proven track record in finance, technical operations, or business development. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
