We are an independent investment company providing a full range of investment banking services (ECM/DCM/M&A). Following the growth of our business, we are looking for an Analyst to join our IB team. Key Responsibilities: Working on execution of ECM, DCM, and M&A deals; Providing corporate advisory services, including marketing materials and valuations; Preparing pitches; Conducting transaction impact analysis. Our Expectations: Degree in Economics or a quantitative field, postgraduate preferred; Background in Big4/Banks/Investment Funds/Private Equity; Fluent in English, proficient in financial statements and corporate finance; Strong quantitative skills and good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
