We are an independent investment company providing a full range of investment banking services (ECM/DCM/M&A). Following the growth of our business, we are looking for a Vice President to join our IB team. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the structuring and execution of DCM, ECM, and M&A deals; Lead assigned workstreams and act as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis; Provide advisory services to clients on investment banking transactions; Analyze the investment attractiveness of companies; Offer rating advisory services; Prepare marketing materials and financial models; Engage in various other projects within the Investment Banking Department. Our Expectations: A degree in Economics or Mathematics; A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IB, Big 4, or Private Equity; Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); Excellent knowledge of corporate finance; Candidates with a CFA designation will be given preference.
