Обязанности:
Our team is looking for a Personal Assistant to General Manager of International Optic Company. Main responsibilities: Providing daily administrative support to Director; Maintain calendar and ensure that it’s up to date; Support of the director at meetings, events, conference calls, if necessary; Travel arrangements including hotel reservations, transfer for guests; Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, fax and e-mail communications, reception of visitors; Arranging translation of various documents (if necessary) upon request; Organization of postal and courier delivery of documents & etc. Preparing letters, reports, memos and emails to standard formats, including occasional translation from English into Russian when urgent; Preparing and editing various documents in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel; We consider candidates with: Completed higher education; English fluent; Experienced PC user, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Experience from 5 years as a personal assistant; Ability to work independently in multitasking mode, stress resistance.
