Job purpose: Achieve excellent commercial results (sales and market share growth in retail channel, sales and gross margin growth in selected channel/category or other) through trade marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: • Planning, development, approval and implementation of trade marketing campaigns in Pharmacy chains aimed at increasing the turnover • Ensure trade marketing support for annual negotiation campaigns with pharmacy chains, conduct direct interaction with pharmacy chains to align trade marketing activities • Ensure constant alignment of trade marketing activities with general marketing strategy, general strategy in pharmacy chains and initiate timely revisions • Development, organization, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of trade marketing activities (offline and online): ensure KPI for activities & evaluating efficiency of investments (ROI) • Developing new business opportunities for partners, existing partners, developing existing activities. Perform continuous trend monitoring Requirements: • 1 and more years of professional experience in the field of promotion on pharmaceutical market for analog positions: Trade Marketing Manager, National Pharmacy Chains Manager • Successful cases of trade marketing initiatives for Rx and OTC products in online and offline segments • Strategic planning - experience in planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns in Pharmacy chains; knowledge and ability to interpret market and internal KPIs; project management (from creating a brief to getting a result); understanding the basics and tools for promoting drugs at the pharmacy level, drugs at the mature stage of the life cycle and at the launch stage; experience in conducting and analyzing marketing research • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in Russia, the specifics of large retail players • Experience in Compliance, experience in developing Policies and SOPs • Knowledge and adherence to strict compliant approaches to interaction with partners • Strong developed analytical, communication, presentation and project management skills • Professional English and Russian: oral and written
