With a focus on high-impact projects for large-scale clients, we specialize in:- Data and AI solutions- Digital transformation- Smart government services and digital twins- Other cutting-edge technology services Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Sales Executive with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales within the UAE market, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of modern vendor solutions across various technology ecosystems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid foundation in solution architecture and the ability to establish and maintain client relationships effectively. Key Advantages: - Experience with major technology vendors and their solutions.- Technical background as a solution architect.- Experience with large-scale project management and consulting. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Development: Identify, engage, and close new sales opportunities across various technology ecosystems within the UAE.- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, particularly in the public sector.- Solution Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of ATC’s offerings.- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions.- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with local regulations.- Performance Management: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, vendor updates, and the competitive landscape within the UAE.- Networking: Represent ATC at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, expanding network connections. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.- Technical experience as a solution architect or similar role.- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales within the UAE, with a focus on vendor solutions and integration services.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong knowledge of key vendor solutions and their applications within the UAE market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to understand and translate client needs into tailored solutions.- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.- Familiarity with UAE business practices and cultural nuances. Skills and Competencies: - Broad technical understanding of modern vendor solutions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
