Ostrovok.ru is a travel-tech company that creates platforms for online booking of hotels, air tickets and other services for both individual travelers and corporate clients and travel agencies. Our brands: Ostrovok.ru, B2B.Ostrovok.ru, Ostrovok.ru Командировки. We develop projects both in Russia and abroad. Right now we are looking for a Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and inspiring Executive and his family. This position is not related to solving business tasks. Main responsibilities: managing and optimizing Executive's daily schedule; arranging meetings with partners, video calls; providing comprehensive support to all family members; organization of private trips for all family members (maintaining a vacation calendar, controlling the visa calendar); organization of medical support for family members; organization of the education process of children - selection of teachers, drawing up a program and schedule of classes; personnel managment and recruting - tutors, housekeepers, drivers; control over the maintenance of the house, organization of purchases, cleaning, repairs and etc; buying clothes and shoes, interior items, gifts for family, colleagues, friends; cost control-monthly mandatory payments, mobile communications, paying bills; researching information upon request. Our requirements: bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic background; fluent English (written and oral) with exceptional communication skills; an analytical mindset paired with unmatched attention to detail; proficiency in Google products, Microsoft Office; experience working with VIP families or in a Family Office as a plus; knowledge of business etiquette and discretion in handling confidential information; a highly organized individual who thrives on multi-tasking and prioritizing.
