Multinational major appliance and consumer electronics corporation is looking for Senior information security specialist. Responsibilities: Control over compliance of existing measures for personal data and confidential information safety with applicable laws, corporate policies. Control over effectiveness of such measures. Analyzing of security threats, manage company's threat model(s), define threat response measures; Develop, manage and update documents on personal data protection according to the law. Perform internal self-audit, create and retain monthly reports, quarterly HQ check-lists; Control over the working status and effectiveness of IT Security soft- and hardware; Respond to personal data subject's requests for data deletion and consent revoking; Support on safe data deletion: personal data with acts of deletion, DMP support; Support on safe data processing: manage of internal control tools, account management, SVPN access, O365.Teams coordination, etc.; HDD management policy: ensure data deletion, collection of HDD of retired employees, retain required data; Coordination of IT Security in CIS subsidiaries: regular check lists, quarterly network scanning, reveal vulnerabilities, control over fixing, business trips for audit according to EHQ plan; Employee awareness: E-mail drill, Antivirus notifications, regular guides and notifications; Investigation of malware infection issues, other information security incidents: collection of evidences, investigation, reporting and fixing. Requirements: Higher education on IT Security; Professional courses on data protection authorized by the Regulator (FSTEC) - highly preferable; Experience in IT Security not less than 2 years; Confident knowledge of IT Security and Personal data legal regulations; Good communication skills; Stress resistant; Self-control and self-management skills.
