Today we are looking for a Team Head of Colour and Material in Footwear Production department. What you will do: Lead the team and process of Trend colour and Material in the footwear design department; Seasonal trend analysis; Setup and continual improvement in the colour process; Work with cross functions to align on colours; Business trips to China. We expect you to have: Experience in Colour, Materials and trims work in the area of apparel, footwear or transport design; Experience in managing processes; Experience in Leading a team; Education: : Bachelor or above; English level: : intermediate or above; Program ownership: : Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, PowerPoint.
