This role is focused on special projects, operational improvements, and ensuring all functions run efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Special Projects (Growth and Expansion): Project Execution: Lead and execute special projects focused on business growth, such as expanding into new markets or launching new product lines. Category Expansion: Develop strategies to increase product categories, ensuring a seamless rollout. E-commerce Optimization: Enhance our e-commerce operations, improving site functionality, product listings, and overall customer experience. Operational Excellence: Process Improvement: Regularly review and refine processes in all areas, including customer support, product management, and marketing, to boost efficiency and quality. Function Oversight: Ensure all functions—support, product, marketing, and operations—are running smoothly and achieving their goals. Team Coordination: Collaborate with teams to address roadblocks and ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard. E-commerce and Marketing: E-commerce Specialist: Take ownership of e-commerce strategy, focusing on increasing online sales and improving customer journeys. Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are effective and aligned with business objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
