A leading consumer technology company is looking for Advertising operation manager in Moscow. Responsibilities: Optimize advertising, communicate with advertisers, service ad campaigns, achieve ad revenue targets and implement key advertising projects. Establish cooperation with local advertising agencies to increase advertising revenue. Plan, launch, analyze and optimize advertising campaigns according to KPIs with local advertisers and agencies. Place advertisements, track and summarize excellent cases to support user acquisition, brand awareness, and performance. Analyze all data related to advertisement placement processes, optimize advertisement placement policies and outcomes, and maximize traffic revenue. Conduct advertising market research, deeply understand customer requirements, enhance platform capabilities, and continuously improve and innovate the advertising system. Requirements: Bachelor degree and above Min. 3 years of work experience in ads agency or ad platform on affiliate manager or ad&op manager Upper-intermediate level of English Practical experience with mobile app data management platform and attribution platform , such as AppMettica, mytracker, appsflyer Ability to analyze traffic: analysis of efficiency by channels, cohort analysis of user behavior.
