Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets. Manage client relationships and identify new opportunities. Collaborate on pricing strategies and build business partnerships. Requirements: Higher education (medical, economics, or marketing). 5+ years in management (medical equipment/product or pharma). Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Financial literacy and experience in ethical business. Fluent in English.
