Обязанности:
В нашей команде открывается позиция Business Application Analyst. Responsibilities: Establish support for all company business applications: 1C, DocsVision, Hamilton, etc. Collaborate with ServiceDesk team to provide end-user and 2nd line support Follow-up business application incidents, problems, change requests to provide resolution or change according to plan, good quality, properly approved/documented Maintain high quality business application documentation. Develop and keep knowledgebase to share with Service Desk team and 3rd party vendor of needed Maintain business application data, interfaces and IT security & risks by regular checks Key requirements: Higher education 2-3 years in same role, preferably in multi-national company Proven experience with business application localization (SAP, other ERP) to 1C will be as a plus English level – intermediate or near Technical skills: Preferable technology stack: SAP – production, supply chain management, warehouse management, logistic management, Success Factor (HR), finance (controlling, accounting, Ariba purchase), 1C: ERP, Salary & HR and rest module, Hamilton application, DocsVision, Kontur services, Axelot WMS, iSpring, Visiology / Analytic workplace or any other BI solution Experience with CRM & BI systems build will be as a plus Experience with IT systems validation and qualification will be as a plus.
