Обязанности:
В нашей команде открывается позиция Business Application Lead. Responsibilities: Organize migration from existing ERP system (SAP: production, scm, warehouse, finance, HR, etc.) to local (1C, iSpring, Axelot, etc.) Establish and maintain business applications support with the aim to provide app stability and business processes continuity Establish and run governance processes to drive business application enchantments. Build trusted business relationship with key stakeholders. Proactively identify areas for business applications improvements (functionality, support quality, users satisfaction) Monitor support and development services quality to meet SLA. Coordinate support with IT infrastructure, service desk and 3rd party vendors, track vendors’ quality based on SLAs and KPIs. Adjust if needed Manage, mentor and act as a playing trainer for 1 subordinate Key requirements: Higher education, experience with team management 3-5 years in same role, preferably in multi-national company Proven experience with business application localization (SAP, other ERP) to 1C will be as a plus English level – intermediate or near Technical skills: Preferable technology stack: 1C: ERP, Salary & HR and rest module, Hamilton application, DocsVision, Kontur services, Axelot WMS, iSpring, Visiology / Analytic workplace or any other BI solution Experience with SAP – production, supply chain management, warehouse management, logistic management, Success Factor (HR), finance (controlling, accounting, Ariba purchase), commercial would be great plus Experience with CRM & BI systems build will be as a plus Experience with IT systems validation and qualification will be as a plus.
