В нашей команде открывается позиция Service Desk & IT Infrastructure Lead. Responsibilities: Service Desk Overseeing service desk operations to ensure end-user technical support (Incident & Problem management) Manage & develop Service Desk team - up to 4 subordinates. Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate personnel, create conditions for personnel growth Communicate, escalate with other departments and external vendors Manage knowledgebase and prepare Service Desk KPI reporting Develop and implement IT policies, SOPs, SLAs IT Infrastructure Develop and deploy IT infrastructure strategy aligned with company business goals Compliance with legal requirements and industry standards in the field of information security and data protection. Assess used technology stack used to make decision of replacement and retention Manage internal domain, email system, authentication mechanism, data centers, etc. Manage the budget and costs of the IT infrastructure. Key requirements: Higher education, experience with team management 3-5 years in same role, preferably in multi-national company Deep knowledge of ITSM: incident, problem, change, risk, quality, configuration, security, continuity management IT security knowledge and proven experience English level – intermediate or near Technical skills: Preferable experience technological stack: Lenovo & Dell hardware, VMWare, Veam, Microsoft Server, MS SQL, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, DHCP, DNS, NTP, print servers, MS Defender, Zscaler, SSO, MFA, MS Office 365, Infosys Preferable experience with next local technological stack: YADRO, Kraftway, Fplus, BAUM server and data-storage hardware, CyberBackup (Vicnhin, etc.), Postgre SQL / PostgrePro Ent, AstraLinux, ALD Pro, RED AD, Colibri APM, SpaceVM, zVirt, Kaspersky EDP, Yandex Business, VK work mail, Communigate Pro, VK Teams, eXpress, P7-Офис, МойОфис, SOTI Mobi Control, UEM SafeMobile, Kaspersky Secure Mobility Management, Zabbix, Glaber, Tinkoff Sage.
