Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven improvements. Requirements Proven success in scaling subscription-based mobile apps in weight loss or health. Expertise in Facebook Ads with positive ROMI in the US market. Experience leading growth teams (Product Marketing Manager, Creative Producer, etc.).
