Обязанности: Development and consolidation of cross-category reporting and meetings, including presentations preparation Strategy development on cross-category strategy projects (e.g., cross-channel pricing) as well as sales knowledge enhancement Capability projects – various aspects of the development and implementation Support both the Snr Director and the category leads as required with specific materials and projects Create and maintain required centralized analytics to address opportunities Support development of Revenue Management strategy for cross-category projects: Drive transparency and visibility of business performance: Maintain monthly performance and management business reviews. Drive additional insights for business growth and efficiency by leveraging existing data systems. Contribute to revenue management capability build programs supporting Dairy strategy and aspiration plan. Support training materials development and roll-out to the broader organization to improve RGM understanding and capability. Support further simplification and centralization in Dairy RGM. Build business partnership and drive collaboration within Dairy RGM and broader organization. Ad-hoc requests. Требования: Higher education / degree in Marketing, Finance High degree of numeracy Experience in Sales Finance, Insights, Marketing or Strategic Consulting Excellent combination of strategic, communication and analytical skills Good knowledge and understanding of finance, insights, statistics Commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable) Fluent English
