Is a cutting-edge Web3 super app that empowers users to manage their digital identity, trade crypto, and access decentralized financial (DeFi) protocols seamlessly. Designed with a focus on security and privacy, product ensures that users maintain full control over their keys and sensitive data while interacting with trusted protocols — all within a single, user-friendly platform. We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UI/UX design and proven project management experience. If you work in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating user-centered design, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Lead design development for apps, ensuring a holistic user experience across allplatforms. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify and implement innovative design solutions. Create electronic schematics, prototypes and high fidelity mockups using Figma. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, including emerging technologies in Web3 and cryptocurrencies. Requirements: Extensive experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills. At least 2-3 years of design leadership experience. Proficiency with Figma and other design tools. Experience with Web3, Web2, cryptocurrency wallets and neo-banking applications. Traditional banking experience is not applicable. Ability to create clear and user-friendly interfaces, especially for Web3 trading platforms. Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
