We are launching a new niche perfume brand and expanding into European markets, including the UK and Spain. We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist | Media Buyer to manage our brand's presence on TikTok and Pinterest, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales across these platforms. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a creative and dynamic team in the exciting luxury perfume segment. Position Overview: As a PPC Specialist | Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns on TikTok and Pinterest to support the brand’s expansion into key European markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both platforms' advertising systems, experience working with luxury or beauty brands. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy across both TikTok and Pinterest that aligns with the brand's premium positioning and target audience. - Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across both platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert users into customers. - Work closely with designers, content creators, and influencers to produce visually appealing content that resonates with the audience on both TikTok and Pinterest. - Stay up-to-date with platform trends, hashtags, and updates, adjusting strategies to keep the brand relevant and engaging. - Regularly analyze TikTok and Pinterest metrics, using data to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and improve performance. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights. - Collaborate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all touchpoints. Requirements: - Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on TikTok and Pinterest, ideally in the luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brand segments. - Strong understanding of TikTok and Pinterest advertising systems, audience behavior, and content creation best practices. - Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the brand’s premium image. - Expertise in campaign optimization and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance. - Analytical approach with the ability to use data and analytics tools to drive decisions. - Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. - Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fully remote, flexible environment. High proficiency in English.
