Обязанности:
Our client is a successful trading company, a market leader in its segment. It has been represented in the markets of Russia and the CIS countries for over 10 years. We are looking for a candidate for the position of executive director, a leader, a professional, ready for ambitious tasks and complex solutions. Responsibilities: • Strategic and operational management of the Company's full cycle activities; • Development and implementation of the Company's short-term and long-term business strategy; • Sales management in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, and the Republic of Kazakhstan; • Building an effective pricing system and distribution channels; • Ensuring the growth of key performance indicators: net profit, margin, Revenue, Cash Flow, market share; • Formation and management of the company's assortment policy in all sales channels; • Participation in short-term and long-term budgeting/planning followed by plan-fact analysis; • Optimization of business processes to reduce costs. Requirements: • Higher education (economic, financial, mathematics); • At least 5 years of experience as CEO/Executive/Operating Director in a trading company with a turnover of at least 3 billion; • Knowledge of the CIS countries markets will be your advantage; • Successful and proven experience in developing and increasing business profitability; • Experience in companies with a branch territorially distributed structure will be your advantage; • A leader with a strategic mindset; • Analytical mentality; • Ability to work in a team; • Fluency in English is a must (upper intermediate level); Place of work: Moscow/Saint Petersburg
