Responsibilities: Collaborate with agencies and contractors to develop and prepare materials for advertising campaigns, including texts, banners, videos, email letters and websites. Oversee Merck corporate portals for healthcare professionals, organizing events in collaboration with the medical department, ensuring timely submissions and invitations, and managing platform content. Manage digital activities for professional social networks, ensuring effective interaction with service vendors. Monitor and analyze campaigns performance, maintaining statistics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Lead the process of testing new hypotheses and validating results to enhance marketing effectiveness and user engagement. Respond to field force requests and participate in various ad-hoc projects to support marketing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field. 1-2 years+ of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
