Key tasks: data analysis, drawing conclusions on trends in user switching and retention, development of CRM activities. Responsibilities: Support for events on sale platforms; Conducting research and analysis; Conducting promotional events after the analysis; Communication with stakeholders; Development and preparation of individual user switching and retention activities; Working in a CRM system; Working with a large amount of data. Requirements: Higher education in Economics/ Business management / Marketing field; Work experience in the field of product or brand management from 2 year; Work experience in the field of mobile communications or consumer electronics will be an advantage. Written and verbal English (B2-C1); Advanced user of MS Excel, Powerpoint; Excellent presentation skills; Negotiation skills; Understanding key market/business performance indicators; Good communication skills; Positive thinking & result oriented.
