We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead a talented group of Call Center Sales Agents in our dynamic, fast-paced entertainment environment. Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate a team of 8-15 sales agents, ensuring smooth daily operations. - Develop and implement team regulations to enhance efficiency and performance. - Motivate and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. - Hire, train, and onboard new agents to maintain a high-performing team. - Work closely with colleagues to solve challenges and provide expert guidance. - Ensure the team achieves KPIs set by the Sales department. - Stay informed by regularly reviewing updates in Confluence and Slack to adapt to procedural changes. - Escalate issues effectively using Slack or Jira, ensuring resolution is timely and efficient. - Monitor and analyze team performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Qualifications - Fluency in English (German, French, Spanish, or Italian at B2+ is a plus). - Proven experience in team leadership, especially in customer service or sales. - Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude. - Ability to analyze performance data and align team goals with company objectives. - Confident PC user, with CRM system knowledge as an advantage. - Passion for fostering team success and a results-driven mindset.
