Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and in-game services (boosting/coaching). Over the course of 6 years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, the service is used by over 200,000 users. The project's revenue is more than $25mln per year, and sales span across 100+ countries. Primary responsibilities: Designing and executing a strategy for efficient use of the company’s financial resources Strategic planning and analysis of financial flows Design and execute tax optimization strategies Assess and analyze financial risks, implementing measures to reduce them Strategic management and leadership of the finance department team Budget planning and execution control Develop and refine long-term plans for the company’s growth and development Create and implement corporate policies in finance and risk management Requirements: At least 5–7 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial management position Proven experience in developing and implementing financial strategies Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP) Strong expertise in financial and strategic planning, budgeting, and cash flow management Team management experience: employee development and process optimization English language proficiency at B2 level or higher Fluent Russian language knowledge Work experience in organizations with cross-border activities A higher education degree in economics, finance, or accounting; MBA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills Being proactive, responsible, and capable of making decisions in uncertain environments Why It's Cool to Work at Overgear :) Growing market, IT product company.
