Обязанности:
Analyze ecommerce market, consumer and Group x-div performance based on variety of data sources: market panels, Retailer’s data, Media data, Consumer insights etc. Provide actionable insights for the company Lead cross divisional category, price analysis and identify opportunities to drive business growth Launch new projects related to e-com analytics, project management Work closely with the Divisions & e-com multi-division team to develop winning strategies based on shopper insights Present and communicate sharp, clear, strong messages, useful for management to make decisions Lead data automatization for new projects in cooperation with Data and IT team: Create technical specification for IT team, own visualization of data in PBI (dashboards are done by Data team) Be E-com data steward: own methodology of market data, internal SO data, educate key stakeholders Key and crucial: - ability to draw meaningful conclusions and insights out of data - ability to combine different sources of data for getting insights: Sellout data, Market panels, E-com data, Consumer etc - experience with key market databases (Nielsen, consumer panels, consumer data, e-commerce data etc), proven experience of analytical job based on this data - experience in e-com market data analysis and insights would be an advantage - strong team player Other skills: Project management Advanced Excel – for some kinds of data you will have to process row data before analysis PowerPoint PowerBI Tableau, SQL as a nice to have
