Обязанности:
REQUIREMENTS: Higher education in the field of management/ economics/ information technology/ quality management systems; Experience in the field of description and regulation of business processes; Experience working with large volumes of information; Knowledge of process modeling technologies, development and implementation of regulatory documents; Experience working in a holding company or a company of a holding type; Knowledge of process modeling technologies, development and implementation of regulatory documents; Understanding of the general principles of organization and conduct of office work; MS Office at a confident user level; Upper intermediate English, including professional terminology and regulations; Experience in using specialized software; Process description and improvement in the Group. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing a system for process management in an organization, regulating core activities; Modeling business processes for the functional areas of company; Analyzing and improving processes; Verification and norm control of process models; Checking process models for consistency and non-contradiction; Auditing activities for compliance with requirements and process performance indicators; Management by objectives, KPI; Risk management; Setting tasks for automation; Participation in the development/optimization of processes, development of Workflow models for all company processes; Maintaining the methodological database (normative documents) up-to-date; Providing methodological support to the company's departments on the automation of processes when changing existing and/or implementing new processes of the Society. CONDITIONS: Working for one of the largest Oil&Gas construction projects of federal importance; 5/2 working week; 100% official salary, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract.
