Key Responsibilities: Conduct legal research and review contracts, agreements, and other documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws. Draft and edit legal correspondence, policies, and professional reports. Assist in contract negotiations and provide preliminary legal advice when necessary. Manage the owner’s professional and personal calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as a liaison between internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to legal and administrative tasks during peak seasons and critical deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools. Availability to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday to Friday, with 4 additional hours over the weekend. Preferred: Experience working with US clients or businesses. Familiarity with US corporate, contract, or employment law. Previous remote work experience with international teams.
