What you’ll be doing: Communicating with VIP players via chat — solving any issues, answering questions 24/7, and ensuring high levels of loyalty. Escalating complex cases to responsible teams via Slack and Jira. Keeping up with procedure updates and company news in Slack and Confluence. What we’re looking for: Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher. Knowledge of one of the following languages at B2 level or higher is a must: German, French, Italian, or Spanish. High level of empathy and friendliness. Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow in VIP customer service. Strong written communication skills and fast typing speed.
