Обязанности:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of all paperwork flow and follow up on approvals Agreements and Annex with Contract tracking vouchers, Contract sign-off sheet EAF for local and regional events Purchase requisition, Payment voucher, IBPO form, Invoice sign-off sheet Tender paperwork Negotiations and communication with hotels: tenders, preparation of accommodation lists for staff, corporate, leaders, meetings rooms booking, catering Transportation support: negotiations with transportation companies, preparation of agenda for buses and VIP transfers. Event logistics Support in other areas of events organization. REQUIREMENTS: Native Russian and Fluent English College or University Additional education in communication or design is highly preferred Previous experience in events organization, MICE is highly desirable Commercial experience displaying proof of strong organizational skills Experience working and travelling abroad beneficial PC experienced essential (MS Office, Excel, Power Point) Advanced user of internet resources, messengers, social media Essential soft skills CONDITIONS: Competitive salary Benefits package Hybrid work schedule.
