Adrian Magnus is a leading manufacturer of premium cigars and humidors, recognized for crafting the best tasting and highest quality cigars in the industry!We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support various departments within our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing essential administrative support. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments (Administrative, Marketing, HR); Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records, reports, and spreadsheets; Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, travel itinerates; Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients; Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned; Perform other administrative duties as required; Occasionally perform personal tasks of directors (10 % of the overall work load). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoho) Knowledge of English language on an advanced (C1) level is a must Knowledge of Spanish language at least at B2 level Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working conditions: Full remote work from any location Work schedule is 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Madrid time) Base salary and bonuses Professional Service Contract Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a challenging administrative role, please submit your resume and cover letter.
