As we expand our activities, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help strengthen our market position and expand our client base. Main Responsibilities: ● Identifying and attracting new clients. Lead database management and cold calling.● Maintaining long-term relationships with clients.● Analyzing the market and monitoring competitor activities.● Negotiating and concluding contracts.● Managing sales reporting.● Developing and implementing sales strategies. Candidate Expectations: ● Experience in sales, preferably in the field of manpower or related industries.● Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities.● Proficiency in English and Russian, another languages considered as an advantage.● Having your own client base interested in labor leasing will be an advantage.● Ability to handle a large volume of information and maintain a high level of work organization (We use AMO CRM).
