Our client, international pharmaceutical company, is in search of Strategic Partnership & NBM Countries Manager. About the job: The role is in charge of markets where the company has no presence with legal affiliate but serving medicines: Central Asia, Belarus and Caucasus. Managing end-to-end business through the partners in the partner markets. Ensuring existing or future trade agreements operational activity with different types of Partners (Manufactures, Distributors, and Public Organizations etc.), including searching and involvement of new partnership prospects, in order to maximize commercial effectiveness within the business strategy in respective countries in Central Asia, Belarus and Caucasus markets. Active participation in the relevant committees of the company and relevant cross-functional sites, on issues of products. Main Responsibilities: Regular collaboration between Partner and respective Company’s departments (Supply Chain, Business Unit, Finance, Legal, Internal Control) search for possibility of interaction with other Manufacturers, Distributors, Public and State Organizations in case of common goals in synergies in the use of resources. Participate in the development of appropriate justification for potential Trade and Promo partnerships in collaboration with related parties in accordance with RACI matrix. Participate in the development of business/ financial model of Trade and Promo agreements in collaboration with Support functions. Prepare and provide any necessary documentation or analysis results to support the launch of projects to build Trade Agreement. Participate in negotiations with potential Partners for Trade agreement (Manufactures, Distributors, and Public Organizations etc.). Develop and provide necessary forms/formats for regular communication with Partner and evaluation of its effectiveness such as Steering and Operational Committees. Analysis of sales out by products, by regions, by distributors, overstocks analysis. Analysis of sales out by products, by regions, by distributors, overstocks analysis, action plan development with fixed deadlines and responsible parties. 360 contract management between the Companies to coordinate operations in cooperation with related departments, in order to ensure business continuity. Support the Company in providing support for both new and existing patients including finding solutions on Diagnostic Services either by sponsoring or acting as the Key Guide for all related processes. Follow up on contractual/non-contractual Operational Key Performance Indicators including pricing, GtN, GxP (Quality, PV, Regulation), Stock in Trade. Participate in short and middle term sales planning to ensure planning and reporting systems in accordance with the established company standards. Timely and accurately performs oral and written housekeeping tasks and assignments of their leader and the Company's management. It is mandatory to regularly attend events held on behalf of the Company's management, as well as training and briefings related to the employee. Knows and complies with the requirements of the current legislation, in particular the requirements of legislative acts listed in the documents regulating the activities of this job description. About you: In-depth understanding of the market, competition, future market trends and entire local healthcare ecosystem. Experience in sales, finance, alliance management, trade management and supply environment. Understanding of Sales and Marketing operating model P&L analysis and financial acumen. Divestment deals execution & good understanding of the non-promoted products dynamic. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Negotiation skills notably with existing external partnerships/ Alliances. Highly complex project management. Excellent risk management skills. Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results. Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives, challenging continuously the status quo. Financial skills to lead the performance of responsibility perimeter. Fluent English and Russian language.
