We never rest on the achieved results, we are constantly exploring new heights and becoming better every day. We are expanding our Sales team and invite you to join us. Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients within Pakistan. Manage the entire negotiation process, from initial contact to deal closure. Transition closed deals to the integration team. Maintain alignment with the department's knowledge base. Consistently update reports and client activity records. Analyze market trends and competitor activity. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of exceeding targets. Ability to identify and assess potential client profiles. Strong expertise in negotiation and closing deals. Expertise in lead categorization. Proficiency in technical and information systems. Ability to gather, organize, and apply information effectively. Analytical and adaptive thinking to address changing business needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Urdu (native or C1 level) and English or Russian (minimum B2 level). Desirable Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office programs, Google services, social media platforms, and messaging apps. Experience with project management tools like Notion, Miro, or YouTrack. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or the Adobe Suite.
