Job Description: As a Sales Manager for Cyberia Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our SaaS web application and IT consulting services. You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of our products and services, actively engaging with potential clients, and utilizing your knowledge of internet sales and business economics to successfully sell our solutions. Key Responsibilities: Direct Sales: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to promote and sell our SaaS web applications and IT consulting services. Management: 1 or 2 junior Sales are responsible to holder of the position Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our SaaS web application, its features, benefits, and its competitive advantage in the market. Be able to articulate these advantages to potential customers. Consultative Selling: Apply your knowledge of IT and engineering consulting to consult with clients on how our services can address their specific business challenges and needs. Business and Economic Acumen: Utilize your expertise in business and economic models, including key metrics, to assess the financial impact of our solutions for clients. Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our services. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, including market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to drive innovation in sales tactics. Qualifications: Active sales position – ability to act in any obstacles, proactively doing sales: by phone, by e-mail or by any channel of communications Proven experience in sales, particularly in the SaaS industry and IT consulting. Strong knowledge of internet sales techniques and e-commerce. Exceptional understanding of business and economic models, including key performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to consult with clients and tailor solutions to their needs. Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets and objectives.
